Q: How do I return swimwear or lingerie?
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items should have the correct postage affixed to the package and proof of postage should be obtained. We will notify you when returned goods are received. Any authorised credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card, whichever was your original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we have flat rates for Europe at £12.50 and rest of world £20.00. This is a tracked service.
Q: How can I track my order?
An email will be sent when dispatched. Please email us if your package does not arrive in the time frame.
Q: Does Amazing Grace offer gift vouchers?
Yes, simply select the eGift Card option when ordering online and enter the amount you would like to purchase. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at the checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift Cards are available to purchase in our boutique.
Q; I am looking to buy for my partner, can you offer some advice?
We would be delighted to provide personal advice, whether it is recommendations or sizing queries. Lingerie is particularly difficult to buy if sizing and brands are unknown. But with our years of experience and knowledge we can offer good guidance so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Q: Can I return an item if it has been used?
Please do NOT take off labels before trying as we cannot accept items which have been used, unless it is faulty.
Q: How do I order out of stock sizes?
Please email grace@amazinggrace-lingerie.co.uk for assistance. Please note that, with seasonal ranges, production quantities may be smaller and, as a result, may not be available. We will make our best efforts to find your selection and, if unavailable, we are happy to advise an alternative.
Q: How do I know what will fit me or my partner?
If you are unsure of your size or your partner’s size please email or telephone us for assistance.
Q: What payment methods does Amazing Grace accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal payments.
Q: How secure is shopping with Amazing Grace?

Q: Do you offer next working day delivery?
Yes we do, provided orders are placed prior to 12pm.
Q: Do you gift wrap orders?
We offer gift wrapping – please select this option during checkout.
Q: Why have I not received an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation when payment has been made – please contact us by phone or email if you have not received a confirmation and your payment has been taken.
Q: Why have I not received my order?
We use Royal Mail for posting next day delivery; whilst Royal Mail is excellent we cannot guarantee their services, please select guaranteed signed-for option if you required it guaranteed.
Q: How do I reset my password?

Q: Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible, but if by chance we have already dispatched your item you will need to return it for a refund.

Q: Do you have different stock online from the shop?
Yes, we do carry more stock in store than online – please visit our Haslemere Boutique open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. We also order from all our suppliers very regularly and can source your requirements.
Q: Where are you based? Can I visit the shop?
44 High Street, Haslemere, Surrey, GU27 2LA - our opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. We would love to show you our boutique and provide you with our personal service.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
We carry a vast selection of lingerie, swimwear and nightwear.
- Nightwear – sized from 8 up to 20.
- Lingerie sets – available from an A to J cup sizes.
- Swimwear – petite to plus size, including cup sizes.
